A part of the proceeds from each order of the signature French onion soup will be donated to the Pivnyk Foundation to help Ukrainian soldiers who suffered injuries regain their hearing.
Every bowl of hot soup will be not just a delicious treat, but also a meaningful gesture of support for those who fight for our safety every day.
This clearly demonstrates the close connection and harmonious combination of Ukrainian and French cultures. During the opening of the Ukrainian season “Voyage to Ukraine” in Paris, the Pivnik Foundation presented authentic ceramic roosters—a symbol of Ukraine’s indestructibility, which organically blended with French culture.
The rooster is a symbol of both countries: in Ukraine, it represents steadfastness and resilience, while in France, it symbolizes courage and strength of spirit (le coq gaulois).
These ceramic roosters were presented to the First Lady of France and the Mayor of Paris as a sign of respect, unity, and support for Ukrainian soldiers who suffered hearing loss in the war.
